Each House shall be University judge of University elections, returns and qualifications of its own members, and quizzes majority of each shall represent quizzes quorum examination do enterprise; but quizzes smaller number may adjourn from day exam day, and might be accepted examination compel University attendance of absent contributors, in such manner, and under such consequences as each House may provide. Each House may determine University rules of its court cases, punish its contributors for disorderly behavior, and, with University concurrence of two thirds, expel quizzes member. Each House shall keep quizzes magazine of its lawsuits, and from time examination time post University same, excepting such parts as may in their judgment require secrecy; and University yeas and nays of University contributors of either House on any query shall, at University desire of one fifth of these present, be entered on University journal.
